Hoss founded award winning new media agency Flammable Jam back in 2000, and currently works as a freelance Interactive Director.

Although you may not have met Hoss in person, there’s a fair chance that you’ve spanked his monkey. His cheeky game, Spank the Monkey (www.flamjam.com/spank), was launched at Flash Forward in Amsterdam, and was downloaded more then 750,000 times over the following weekend.

He is the co-author of several books including New Masters of Flash, Flash Video Creativity and Flash MX Upgrade Essentials.

In addition to talking at seminars, Hoss also takes on personal commissions such as the Life of Pi promo at www.canongate.net/pi, all of which doesn’t leave him much time for his real job, running Odd Ball Mall - his BMX shop in Edinburgh.
