Phillip Kerman

Phillip Kerman is an independent programmer, teacher (since Flash 3), and writer (since Flash 5) specializing in Macromedia products.

He has a degree in Imaging and Photographic Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

His most involved Flash application to date is Superior Stampede's real-time cattle auction www.stampedecattle.com, which sells millions of dollars worth of cattle every hour.

Mike Chambers

Mike Chambers has spent the last 8 years building applications that target the Flash runtime. During that time, he has worked with numerous technologies including Flash, Generator, Central, Flex, and Ajax.

He is currently in charge of developer relations for Apollo, a project which aims to bring the power of Rich Internet Applications to the desktop.

Mike is a Senior Product Manager for Developer Relations at Adobe. He has co-authored a number of books and articles, spoken at numerous conferences.

Peter Hall

Peter Hall is amongst the best known and most influential figures in the worldwide Flash community and regulary speaks at web conferences around the globe, and is a member of Team Macromedia. He is driven by the frequent creative challenges presented when developing for Flash, and by the ongoing need to keep learning new things to stay ahead of the game.

His hobbies include aguing with Aral Balkan, blogging occasionally, and adding abstraction layers in his Flash applications. Having recently left full-time employment at World Archipelago Internet, Peter currently works as freelance Flash developer in London.

Lynda Weinmann

Lynda Weinman is the founder of Flashforward, the largest Flash user conference and film festival in the world.

She founded lynda.com in 1995, a leading software training company that produces software training books, videos, and an online learning subscription service, called the Online Training Library™.

Lynda has written numerous bestselling books, has taught at some of the most prestigious digital design and art schools in the world, and has spoken at numerous industry conferences as either a presenter and/or keynoter.

Weinman has been working in the software training industry since 1982.

Joey Lott

Samuel Wan

Samuel completed his graduate studies in human-computer interaction at the University of Michigan, with a focus on usability engineering and information visualization.

After contributing to the implementation of Macromedia Flash MX Charting components, he joined AIUOnline.edu to help architect new collaborative learning environments.

Robert M Hall

Robert M. Hall pushes the Flash Platform in unique directions. Over the past 8 years working with Flash his award winning projects have included developing and integrating Flash into next generation ATM machines, self-service coin-counters, specialty kiosks and secure web & wireless banking applications.

Robert is currently an independent contractor focusing on utilizing Flash with devices for use in interactive exhibits and kiosks for experiential destinations, such as museums, interpretive centers and other venues. His focus on the Flash Platform also finds him exploring human-computer interaction on mobile devices such as Pocket PC's and Flash Lite capable devices and handsets.

Robert has contributed to six books on Macromedia Flash design and development over the past few years, and several articles for online publications including Macromedia's DevNet. He has been a presenter at FlashForward in NY in 2001 and 2004, and Macromedia MAX 2005 in Anaheim, CA.
